Daily Duties:

• Responsible for 24x7 monitoring of Windows 2000/2003, Redhat, AIX and Sun Servers.
• Management of secuirty throughout the universities network via Active Directory
• Tasked with detection and resolution of issues in the production enviornment
• Responsible for management of resources during service outages

Person Responsibilites include:

• Programming of encrypted password list for systems administration
• Responsible for maintaining the monitoring software (open source Nagios), including writing new scripts for new services as well as writing dashboards for service overviews

Computer Science Teaching Assistant

Daily Duties:

• Assisted other computer science and computer management information system students with the completion in programming related course material
• Participated in doctoral study by designing a dynamically graphing php module for Moodle
• Grading assignments for professors
